Robert Lloyd Sheet Metal Inc. (RLSM) is a full-service Mechanical/Facility Automation Contractor. We have served the manufacturing and HVAC industry in Oregon and Washington since 1982. 

Our control department comprises of project managers, engineers, controls technicians, electricians, customer support and sales personnel. Their combined experience spans from the very beginning of the building automation industry when microprocessor-based controls were first introduced, to the present, where integrated HVAC, fire, and security systems run on the World Wide Web.

User-friendly controls for diverse applications

RLSM manages sites with controllers with the latest front end using virtual servers and controllers dated to the early 80’s in the field. RLSM has installed some of the most sophisticated, user-friendly control systems in the Pacific Northwest, with applications as diverse as the automation of hydro-electric plants to the direct digital control of HVAC and lighting equipment in large commercial and industrial complexes.
